privind aprobarea Listei tarifelor pentru prestaţiile în domeniul sănătăţii publice efectuate la nivelul direcţiilor de sănătate publică judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti şi de către Institutul Naţional de Sănătate Publică

    Văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei sănătate publică şi control în sănătate publică nr. R.L. 1.942 din 7 martie 2012,

    având în vedere art. 41 din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

    în temeiul art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

 

    ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin:

 

    ART. 1

    Se aprobă Lista tarifelor pentru prestaţiile în domeniul sănătăţii publice efectuate la nivelul direcţiilor de sănătate publică judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti şi de către Institutul Naţional de Sănătate Publică, prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

    ART. 2

    Pentru determinările pe care laboratoarele le pot efectua, dar nu sunt cuprinse în prezentul ordin, tarifarea se va face conform devizului.

    ART. 3

    Sunt exceptate de la plata prestaţiilor prevăzute la art. 1 instituţiile publice aflate în subordinea Ministerului Sănătăţii, finanţate integral de la bugetul de stat, precum şi persoanele fizice care beneficiază de gratuitate, conform prevederilor legale în vigoare.

    ART. 4

    Se interzice refacturarea în scop lucrativ a oricăreia dintre prestaţiile care fac obiectul prezentului ordin.

    ART. 5

    Direcţia sănătate publică şi control în sănătate publică şi Direcţia generală economică din cadrul Ministerul Sănătăţii, direcţiile de sănătate publică judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti, precum şi Institutul Naţional de Sănătate Publică vor duce la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

    ART. 6

    La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 37/2006 privind tarifele pentru prestaţiile efectuate de direcţiile de sănătate publică judeţene şi a municipiului Bucureşti şi de institutele de sănătate publică, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 54 din 20 ianuarie 2006, cu modificările ulterioare.

    ART. 7

    Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
